It's all online. They have an online classroom setup where your instructor leaves assignments and you can communicate and participate with classmates and instructors. You are given assignments and due dates and you turn it in online. From what it looks like it's going to be about 11,000 per year. It is an accredited school and many people have left the school and gone straight to developers. The guy I talked to is doing game testing while he's in school. During the last year they can help you get setup as an intern at an actual developer if you want to.
