Full Version: Pinball emulators?

After playing some Zen Pinball and Williams Hall of Fame on PS3, I started looking into Pinball emulators. Yeah, it's illegal, but there will probably never be any other way to play old favorites. Looks like there are two emulators... Future Pinball and Visual Pinball/PinMAME.

Has anyone used either of them? Are they hard to set up? Do they support vertically rotated monitors?

I've used Visual PinMAME in the past. It wasn't hard at all to set up, and it was quite fun to play. smile.gif There are also simulations of the non-computer controlled Pinball tables out there for use with Plain Virtual Pinball. I've never tried running my monitor in the vertical position, but there are some really neat Pinball Table modifications that use PinMAME, and they have the monitor in the cabinet vertically.
